It's a Sad & Beautiful World
I am a photographer based in Oslo, shaped by a background
in music and advertising. Like melodies carrying sorrow, my
images seek beauty in vulnerability and strength. I travel across
continents to meet people on the margins—lives marked by
fragility, resilience, dignity, and contrast. As an observer,
I search for truth in gestures, myths, and landscapes, exploring
emotion, conflict, and survival. Rooted in magical realism
and surreal traces, my work captures fragments of a universal
story—where sadness and beauty coexist.
Current projects;
1) I photograph sex workers worldwide to give visibility,
dignity, and voice to lives often hidden. Their stories
reveal vulnerability, strength, and humanity in places
society prefers not to look.
And they are beautiful, perfect models.
2) Ilands.
